Blessing Ceremony in Lahaina

Earlier this week, we had the honor of participating in a blessing ceremony commemorating the construction of a new affordable housing project, Kaiāulu o Kūku′ia, in Lahaina, Maui, which will include a new Bezos Academy preschool. The blessing ceremony, led by Kahu Wayne Higa, brought together project partners and members of the community to honor the land where the project will be housed.

We’re tremendously grateful to Lieutenant Governor Sylvia Luke, our host partner, Ikaika ‘Ohana, and community leaders for their commitment to the Lahaina community.

Once we have a target opening date for Bezos Academy Maui – Lahaina, we’ll update our website with information and details about the application process.
