Enrollment Process
Submit an Application
Submit an application for each child during the open enrollment period.
Note: You will be required to provide proof of age and income eligibility.
Childcare Subsidy in Arizona, Florida, and Washington
Subsidy applications are reviewed by the state and can take several weeks to process. For Arizona and Washington state families, if you think your family may be eligible, we encourage you to apply as early as possible.
For Florida families, we will share additional information during the registration process about the child care subsidy application if your child is offered a seat.

Eligibility Requirements
Age Requirement
To be eligible for the 2026-27 school year, your child must be three or four years old by September 1, 2026, with a birthdate between September 2, 2021 – September 1, 2023. Children who will be five years old by September 1, 2026, are not age-eligible for the 2026-27 school year.
